MasterMax96: R9 380X needs more power than a GTX 1070. But the overall power consumption depends on every component of your PC.
Seems like your CPU, FX-6300 uses more power than my i7-6700K. So I'd recommend to increase the wattage by 100W.

P.S. I didn't update my PSU after the increment in my future PC's budget. So I'll most probably get a PSU more powerful than Corsair VS550.

My ping (in CSS) depends on the server. Sometimes it just below 200, other times it just above 100. At an average it's between 150-170.
