Im no tech genius, but i need to know what i would need to upgrade or change to be able to play fairly newer games. My specs are as follows

Lenovo Thinkpad T500
CPU - Intel Core 2 Duo P8700 2.53Ghz
RAM - 4GB
GPU - GMA 4500MHD DVR 64MB
OS WIndows 10, 64bit

i want to be able to play games like MGS V Phantom Pain and COD and a few other releases with the specs of those.

I need to know what i need to change ( probably my whole setup i know ) but also i need to know what the best setup would be with a new system or with the current one i have.

I don't know why Ubisoft stopped making POP games. It was there best, most popular and most successful IP. It doesn't make sense.
