because you're rig is not high-end or mid-end 😀
I want to ask wheather 1 cooling fan is enough for my rig, its a 12 cm one and its at rear. Unfortunately my case support only 1 cooling fan
so I cant add more.

GTA V high settings 35-40 FPS ( 900p res )
Watch Dogs high settings but textures on medium 35FPS ( 720p res )
COD Ghosts high settings 45-55 FPS

the game is not optimized on AMD video cards but it's good on nvidia i think 😀
soon AMD will release the beta drivers for fps issue, btw it's a great game 😃
so wat abt me iz this game good optimized.
u told me i can run ths on med seting with 40 fps if game iz optimized.
and if you get lower fps the issue is from the engine game, in Witcher 2game was not
optimized and to to many problems!
PS: if you buy a core i5 you will get 60 fps stable on med sett i think
if you upgrade to i5 you will get much more performance and fps

so no don't install 64 bit edition. 😀

By purchasing this parts you can have a powerful and advanced gaming PC but im little bit sure you cant afford some parts. Because it costs a lot of money and very expensive.
