i7-7700K is currently the best CPU for gaming. But if gaming is not your only priority, you may consider the Ryzen 7 1800X.

Really amazing PC ! 😃 But 24" is a bit too small for 4K.

And I don't think Asus Z170 Pro Gaming supports i7-3960X! If you're planning to change your CPU to i7-7700K, I recommend going for a Z270 motherboard.
